As a Service Team member you will be an ambassador of the Green & Co. core values. You will be an integral part of the guest experience, through our face to face customer interaction and 1:1 service model. You will report to the General Manager and Assistant General Manager, and will be empowered to make your own decisions that create the best experience for our guests.
You will be responsible for crafting thoughtful and personalized experiences for our guests from greeting them, making their salads,juice or coffee on the front line and, ending their experience at the cashier desk.
We encourage our team members to be well-rounded team players, willing to get their hands dirty and do whatever it takes to keep the store running smoothly! No matter what position you start in with us, you will have the opportunity to be cross-trained and will be tasked to take on different positions within our team.
Service Team Member Responsibilities include and are not limited to:
Prepare and serve salad, juices and coffee to the high standard we pride ourselves on.
Learn and maintain knowledge of our changing menu to effectively communicate all ingredients to guests.
Ensure all food on the line meets food safety and quality standards.
Maintain knowledge of critical dietary information and demonstrate proper food handling.
Maintain cleanliness of the front line, seating area, bathrooms, outside seating area, take out trash, bus and clean tables and chairs. Restock utensils, napkins, beverage station, and bathrooms.
Set up, maintain and break down front line area.
Operate POS register to complete customer transactions.
Greet guests, guide the customer journey, resolve guest issues and properly inform guests.
Kitchen Team Member
As a Kitchen Team Member, you will be an ambassador of the Green & Co. core values. You will be an integral part of the guest experience, through the creation of healthy and delicious food. Its your job to ensure that were serving our guests products that live up to the quality and food safety standards that we pride ourselves on. You will report to the General Manager and Assistant General Manager.
You must be a true team player, willing to get your hands dirty and do whatever it takes to keep your store running smoothly. Every team member at Green & Co. is responsible for upholding our core values.
Kitchen Team Member Responsibilities include and are not limited to:
Prepare all hot and cold food for front line service.
Ensure all food meets food safety and quality standards.
Prep all cold and hot food items using prep worksheets.
Follow proper knife safety procedures.
Operate oven and hot prep equipment, ensure proper time/temp of all hot and cooked foods.
Operate all other cold prep equipment safely.
Maintain clean, food-safe dish and prep stations throughout shift.
Set up and break down oven station, maintain clean and organized hot prep zone and equipment.
Manage communication between Service Team Members and Kitchen, inventory front line, prep zones, oven and fridges to determine needs. Ensure areas are always stocked.
Learn and maintain knowledge of our changing salad and juice menu + ingredients
Put received orders away.
